Black Box Theory explores that potential by building products, investigating new possibilities, and developing systems with companies. Each deployment gives us questions to investigate. Each finding gives us something better to build.
We begin with a question worth exploring and stay close to the people affected by the answer. We test ideas in real conditions, make room for human judgment, and measure what changes. We want to share useful findings, including limitations and lessons from work that did not go as expected. Progress means more than a capable system. It means people can understand it, use it, and decide where it belongs.
