Project-specific terms — draft for review. Draft for review — not yet effective. This outline is provided by Black Box Theory LLC, Florida, United States, for discussion only. It does not itself create a service commitment. Signed client agreements define the applicable terms.
1. Identify the requirements
Regulated clients should identify relevant requirements during assessment, including operational resilience requirements such as DORA where applicable. Applicability and obligations depend on the client, service and engagement.
2. Assess the engagement
Contractual, security, data-handling, oversight and audit requirements should be assessed for the specific scope. The assessment should identify responsibilities, dependencies, evidence needed and any gaps requiring agreement.
3. Agree operating and exit arrangements
Monitoring, incident cooperation, continuity, access, transition and exit requirements should be documented in the signed engagement terms where applicable. No universal operating commitment is created by this outline.
Review note
Legal, security and client stakeholders should review applicable requirements and agreed evidence before signature. This page is not a certification assertion or a statement that every regulated requirement is met. Questions: admin@blackboxtheory.ai.
