Project-specific terms — draft for review. Draft for review — not yet effective. This outline is provided by Black Box Theory LLC, Florida, United States, for discussion only. It does not itself create a service commitment. Signed client agreements define the applicable terms.

1. Portability and export scope

The engagement should identify which information and project materials can be exported or transferred, who is authorized to request an export and the intended destination. Scope must distinguish client information, project deliverables and pre-existing or third-party materials.

2. Formats and dependencies

Agree suitable export formats, documentation, access requirements and relevant dependencies. The receiving environment and third-party tools may affect the practical transition process.

3. Transition arrangements

The parties should agree responsibilities, assistance, timing and fees for any transition, subject to applicable law. Any continuation, return, deletion or access arrangements should be documented for the engagement.

Review note

Assess applicable portability or switching requirements for the actual service and circumstances, including the EU Data Act where relevant. This outline makes no exemption claim or compliance determination. Questions: admin@blackboxtheory.ai.
