1. Lawful, authorized use
Use systems only for lawful purposes and within the permissions and scope defined for the engagement. Respect applicable agreements and the rights of other people and organizations.
2. Prohibited misuse
Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, commit fraud or impersonation, or abuse privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not use systems for harmful discriminatory purposes.
3. Agreed boundaries
Respect defined data access, permitted actions and required human-review boundaries. Do not bypass safeguards or extend a system’s authority beyond the agreed task.
4. Concerns and enforcement
Report concerns to admin@blackboxtheory.ai with relevant, non-sensitive details. Any investigation, restriction, suspension or other enforcement action is governed by the applicable agreement and law, not by an invented universal process in this draft.
